How to access - TREB data:

Login with the client’s credentials here - http://profile.torontomls.net/oas/common/login.jsp

Then click on New tab and click on Desired option (IDX Data Agreement, VOW Data Agreement) and click continue Read the terms and agreements.

Specify the third party’s conkact and email.

Then enter intended URL where the data will be used.

Click on Send to third party(or AVP*).

After sending request, The third party will recieve an email to authorize the agreements.

Once the third party and the broker of record authorizes the agreements, TREB will grant access to the information.
