A structured framework to ensure every learning session is engaging, interactive, and accountability-driven.
Pre-Session
Quiz (Mandatory)
- A quiz must be conducted at the beginning of every session.
- The quiz covers topics from the previous session to reinforce retention and ensure continuous learning.
- All participants are expected to attempt the quiz — no exceptions.
- This serves as a warm-up and helps identify gaps before moving forward.
Post-Session
1. Handwritten Notes Submission (Mandatory)
- Every participant must submit a photo of their handwritten notes in the designated channel after each session.
- Handwritten notes improve retention and demonstrate active engagement during the session.
- Notes should capture key concepts, diagrams, and personal takeaways.
2. Favorite Subtopic Sharing (Mandatory)
- After every session, each participant must share their favorite subtopic from that particular session.
- Along with the subtopic, they must explain why it stood out to them — what made it interesting, useful, or thought-provoking.
- This encourages reflective thinking and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange.
3. AMA — Ask Me Anything (Mandatory)
- Every participant must ask at least one question about the session content.
- Questions can be clarifications, deeper explorations, or connections to real-world applications.
- This builds a culture of curiosity and ensures no one leaves with unresolved doubts.
