Late Delivery Penalty: Payment reduces by 10% for every 15-day period beyond the deadline.

Certification & Recognition

Research Certificate: Participants who complete a minimum of 100 research hours are eligible for certification.

Performance Stipend: Top-performing researchers will receive additional stipend based on quality and contribution.
