MiniAngels is a global community of independent investors who contribute a minimum of ₹5 lakhs (≈ $8,000 CAD) per year into a shared network that identifies, mentors, and invests in early-stage Indian startups.

Every year, thousands of early-stage startups in India struggle to raise small but meaningful capital — often less than ₹25–50 lakhs. On the other side of the world, independent professionals and small investors in Canada and the U.S. want to participate in the India growth story but don’t know where to start.

Traditional venture capital and angel groups often require large minimums (₹25L–₹1Cr) and insider access. MiniAngels changes that.

We’re creating a micro-angel network that:

⚙️ How It Works

1. Canadian Foundation

MiniAngels is being registered as a Canadian investment club — a private association of fewer than 50 members.

Each member commits to investing a minimum of ₹5 lakhs (or ~$8,000 CAD) annually.

The club is not a public offering or fund — it’s a closed, member-led syndicate, compliant with Canadian securities exemptions.

Our team scouts startups across India through incubators, pitch events, and partner accelerators.

Each deal goes through a collective voting system — every member has a say.

Investments will flow through a Canadian entity (MiniAngels Inc.) into an Indian SPV (MiniAngels India Pvt Ltd) that handles local deployment.
