We are raising funds for Kactii AI. Investors can choose from three investment modes based on their risk appetite and goals.
Mode 1 — Startup Mode (High Growth)
Minimum investment: ₹2,00,000 (2L)
Expected returns: 5× to 20×+ on investment
Time horizon: 5 years
Overview: This is the high-risk, high-reward path. You invest in Kactii AI as a startup believer. Your returns are directly tied to the company’s growth and valuation milestones. Ideal for investors who understand the startup ecosystem and are comfortable with equity-style risk in exchange for outsized upside.

- Suitable for angel investors and early believers
- Potential for 5× to 20×+ returns within a 5-year window
Mode 2 — Fixed Returns (Stable Income)
Minimum investment: ₹2,00,000 (2L)
Expected returns: 13% per year
Time horizon: Flexible (annual payouts)
Overview: This is the low-risk, steady-income path. You lend capital to Kactii AI and receive a guaranteed 13% annual return. Your principal is fully protected. Ideal for investors who want predictable returns without exposure to startup volatility.

- Full capital (principal) is guaranteed to be returned
- Suitable for conservative investors seeking stable passive income
Mode 3 — Strategic Partner (Equity Ownership)
Minimum investment: ₹5,00,000 (5L)
Expected returns: Equity stake of 0.5% to 2% per ₹5L invested, plus dividends when profitable
Time horizon: Long-term (3–7 years)
Overview: This is the ownership path. You become a direct equity holder in Kactii AI. Beyond financial returns, strategic partners gain co-branding opportunities, board observer rights, and a seat at the table as the company scales. Ideal for aligned investors who want to grow alongside Kactii AI as true stakeholders.

- 0.5%–2% equity stake per ₹5L invested (based on valuation at time of investment)
