You are expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
-
You can take any one day off during the weekdays. As the seniors are available to train you and help you to learn the ropes, we expect you to work on the weekends. However, you can take any one weekend off in a month. You should let us know 1 weeek before about your weekend off.
-
You are expected to add Trello task when you are working on a new task.
-
If you are taking more than 3 days off due to medical situation, you should provide a proper medical report.
-
Even 5 minutes break should be mentioned on Slack.
-
You are expected to be on Zoom when you work. We don’t approve offline work for interns.

You are expected to update your effort logs on Slack/WhatsApp before the end of the day. Failing to update the effort logs for the day will be considering as “not working” on the specific day.
-
You are expected to update timesheet every day before the end of the day. Your timesheet and effort logs have to match. As most of the interns abuse the system, we have to follow such strict policy to make sure our “Online Remote Work” goes fine.
