Every season, we identify and train 25 exceptional founders under the age of 25 through an intensive 25-month program. Those who pass our rigorous Founder Test earn our commitment to support them for the next 25 years.

The Founder Test
Qualification Requirements (Under 25)
To join our program, candidates must demonstrate excellence through:
- SIT (Social Intelligence Test) - Measuring interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential
- FinQ (Financial Literacy Test) - Assessing financial acumen and business fundamentals
- Hustle Mindset - Willingness to work overnight, stay late nights, and dedicate weekends to building their venture
- Resource Readiness - Must have a proper laptop, reliable internet connection, isolated workspace, and sufficient mental and financial support to sustain themselves for the full 25-month program
