Escalation Template

• If no response in 30 minutes, same details should be sent to WhatsApp (team group)
• If no responses in 1 hour, Give them a call on the phone
• If no responses for 2 hours, they get escaltion red points (50)
• If one person gets 500 points in a month, they should be talking to the manger. As it is showing unreliability of a specific employee/intern, they can be withdrawn from the tenure.
