We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our reach in the education sector. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the development of strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate our EdTech products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and product adoption.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to build a strong professional network and represent the company.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market trends to enhance product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong understanding of the educational technology market and digital learning trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
